Understanding the Approach to E-Discovery in the APAC Region

I spoke with co-founders Yongmin Cho, CEO, and Angie Cho, regional director, for Intellectual Data, an e-discovery provider based in Seoul, Korea, supporting APAC-based conglomerates, among other global companies. We discussed the unique aspects of e-discovery in Asia, the most common e-discovery challenges that Korean companies specifically and Asian corporations in general face, and how artificial intelligence is affecting e-discovery.
